How it works

Employees can:

1. Rate their working day with “how they felt here”

with the short scale - "equal", "safe expressing my opinion", "respected", "influencing decisions" and more. 

“It is not obligatory to do every day, the previous ratings are kept and I can vote only if I feel different from the day before. But I like to do it, because everytime I voice out I get Corporate Coins which I can use buying cafe or meals in the cafeteria or spend in our shop."

2. Report incidents and give feedbacks

Press SOS button to report any incident while working. They can activate anonymous mode if they want. Chat with AI Empathy Bot or with the Care Center
