Innovation is at the core of everything I do. As an expert in problem solving and innovation, I am constantly on the lookout for ways to improve and evolve. That's why I was excited to share this project at the IBTA Business TRIZ Spring 2022 Conference.
I presented on "Analysis and an Innovative Solution for the Asylum Procedure for Refugees in Switzerland", a problem that we experienced helping to get asylum to the Ukrainian part of my family. Navigating the asylum process in Switzerland can be a stressful and confusing maze, emotionally exghausting both refugees and social workers.
